Shipping policy

Once you have placed your order online, your order will be placed within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends and holidays will then be processed the following business day. 

Please take note that our rope collars and leads take between 3-4 days to make as they are hand-made with love.

Once you have received a notification that your order has been placed and shipped, you can expect your order in 2-4 business days.

Our Pawsh & Co. Collars and Leads are made upon order. If you have an upcoming expected delivery date and you would like to place your order early, we will ensure that we plan around the date that you have provided to ensure that your order has been made for the expected delivery date without any concern about quality. 

You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order has been collected and shipped. You will then be able to track your order with the waybill number provided on email.

Please ensure if you are placing an order for a Pawsh & Co. Collar or Lead as a gift from Fur Friend to Fur Friend, that you use the recipient’s address in the shipping information and your information in the billing area.

Rest of South Africa: R200 flat fee
