We ship all of our orders from our headquarters in Johannesburg. We ship Monday through to Friday, except for holidays and weekends. Orders will be shipped with standard shipping and will take 2-4 business days. We will always use The Courier Guy to deliver our packages.

We are able to ship nationally to areas within South Africa. We currently do not ship anywhere outside of South Africa.

Once the cookies have been removed from their packaging, we suggest that you store the cookies in an air-tight container and keep them in a cool and dry place. They will then have a shelf life of up to 3 months.

The Biscuit itself is organic as we naturally preserve this biscuit using a dehydration method. There are no added preservatives in our biscuits, but our yoghurt drop icing is not organic but still good for your pup to consume. Although, we do not suggest that you give our Pawsh & Co. Cookies to doggies that have sensitive stomachs.

We consider our doggies part of the family and pride ourselves on making sure that every treat in our Pawsh & Co. Cookie boxes are safe for our pups. In each cookie we have provided you with high quality human-grade ingredients that are safe for your dog to consume.

All of our ingredients are locally sourced and freshly baked to ensure that we provide you with a high quality and safe biscuit for each and every Pawsh & Co. cookie box. Leashes and Collars:

Hand wash in warm water with mild soap and air dry.

Be gentle when washing coloured cotton hitching.

Our cotton hitching is colour fast. Colours will not run or fade when washed.
