Our hitching cord is made up of 100% polyester with colourfast so that colours do not run when put into water or washed.

- Hand wash in warm water with mild soap and air dry.
- Be gentle when washing coloured hitching cord.
- Our hitching cord is colour fast. Colours will not run or fade when washed.
Shipping
Once you have placed your order online, your order will be placed within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends and holidays will then be processed the following business day.
Please take note that our rope collars and leads take between 3-4 days to make as they are hand-made with love.
Once you have received a notification that your order has been placed and shipped, you can expect your order in 2-4 business days.

If you have an upcoming expected delivery date and you would like to place your order early, we will ensure that we plan around the date that you have provided to ensure that your order has been made for the expected delivery date without any concern about quality.
